• Tables are 2 1/2 x 8′ and the cost is $30 per table before August 1st and $35 after August 1st.
  • Dealer set up is 7:30 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tables not occupied by 8:45 a.m. will be resold.
  • Each registration will receive only two entry badges. Extra must pay an early buyer’s fee before 9:00 a.m.
  • Non-exhibitors may enter during this time for an early buyer’s fee of $30.00.
  • The public will be admitted from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Note: For those who purchase a table a reception will be held at the TownePlace Suites from 7:30pm to 9:30pm Saturday August 20th. Join us for food and good times!


  • No real firearms allowed
  • No cocking or shooting guns in hall or on fairground property
  • Cancellations must be received 2 weeks prior to the show for a full refund. No refunds after August 6th
  • One person and one helper per registration
  • Extra people must pay early buyer’s fee before 9:00 am
  • Show managers have the right to request removal of any inappropriate materials from any table
  • Please use table covers
  • No early packing – The show will be sold out and we will have a waiting list.
  • If you can’t stay until 3 pm please DO NOT reserve a table
